I was incredibly lucky to have Gabriella as my instructor. She is without a doubt the best driving instructor I could have asked for. From day one, she created such a supportive and encouraging environment and her personal approach made every lesson enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated most was how clearly she explained everything. No matter how many times I asked a question, she always found a simple, easy-to-understand way to explain it until I genuinely understood. She never rushed me and always wanted me to become a safe and confident driver, not just someone who could pass a test. On top of being an outstanding instructor, Gabriella has a fantastic sense of humour and such a kind, positive personality that every lesson was something I looked forward to:)) Thanks to her guidance, patience and encouragement, I passed my driving test first time, which honestly felt impossible when I first started. I had lessons with Gentian for about three months and passed my manual licence first time with just three minors. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He came recommended by my sister, who also passed with him, and now I see exactly why. A few things stood out: 1. The car was a brilliant one to learn manual in. It gave you the full manual experience while having the comfort of features like an electric handbrake, which took some of the stress out of the learning curve. 2. Gentian is endlessly patient and relaxed. He explains everything clearly, and the progression between lessons always felt spot on, never rushed and never dragging. He's also just a genuinely lovely guy to talk to, and there's a real benefit to that: chatting while driving gets you used to engaging your brain and the road at the same time, which makes you a far more confident and comfortable driver. 3. He picked me up from my house in Battersea for every single lesson, which was incredibly convenient. I took my test in Tolworth, and we did plenty of driving over there to get me properly accustomed to the area. We covered almost every road that came up on the test, so much so that my warm-up on the day was almost identical to the test itself. 4. He was also incredibly accommodating with timing. As an office worker I couldn't do weekday daytime lessons, and he was always available in the evenings, which made the whole thing work around my schedule. 5. His advice on the test itself was invaluable, from when to book it to how to prepare, and it's thanks to that advice that I passed first time. Honestly, beyond being thrilled about the licence, I'll miss our chats and drives. It was a genuinely great time, and Gentian is the kind of person you finish your lessons feeling like you've gained a friend. If you're looking for an instructor, look no further.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better instructors than Gabi and Genti. Thanks to their guidance, I passed my driving test on the first attempt! As someone who was already an experienced driver, my biggest challenge was adapting to UK driving rules, regulations, and road expectations. Gabi and Genti were absolutely fantastic in helping me bridge that gap. What I appreciated most was that they never tried to completely change my natural driving style, instead they refined it and helped me adapt it confidently to UK standards and requirements. Their knowledge, teaching style, and attention to detail are exceptional. They explain things clearly, focus on what truly matters, and make sure you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it. Every lesson felt very personalised, supportive, and encouraging. They are also incredibly punctual, professional, patient, and genuinely invested in helping their students succeed. The overall experience was smooth, positive, and confidence-boosting from start to finish. Massive thanks to Gabriella from Belgravia driving school who provided refresher lessons to help me gain confidence to drive on my own in London for the first time.
